Single tipper

In use worldwide for over two decades. The standard single tipper with many optional features tips the preforms into the following silo in a controlled manner and ensures a smooth production process.

Description

  • Connection on all sides to silo rucksack or silo belt

  • Max. Container size (LxWxH): 1300 x 1300 x 850-1420mm

  • Max. Load: 400kg

  • Height: 4m

  • Tipper fillers prevent preforms from falling on the floor

  • Mechanical tipper cover for targeted tipping

  • Two-part base plate for the separation of foreign particles

  • Safety light curtain at tipper input

  • Safety bolt for safe entry during maintenance and cleaning work
