Soft-Handling double

The preform tipper lays the preforms onto the following dosing belt. The soft handling concept eliminates any falling height and also significantly reduces noise during the tipping process.

Description

  • Dosing belt instead of silo belt – no falling height of the preforms

  • Max. Container size (LxWxH): 2 x 1300 x 1300 x 850-1420mm

  • Max. Load: 900kg

  • Loading by forklift truck

  • Tipper fillers prevent preforms from falling on the floor

  • Electric tipper cover for targeted placement of the preforms on the dosing belt

  • Safety light curtain at tipper input

  • Safety bolt for safe entry during maintenance and cleaning work
